Service Support
1. General questions
Open a chat with the service bot and use the /support command. In your message, include the issue, date, Telegram username, and if needed, a link to the listing.
Main support channel: @expatmarket_bot. Backup e-mail: expat.apps@gmail.com.
If the bot is unavailable or your account is blocked, contact us directly: @expatmarket_bot or expat.apps@gmail.com.
2. Payment issues
If Telegram Stars were charged but the digital feature was not delivered, use the /paysupport command in the bot chat and attach:
- date and approximate time of payment;
- listing ID;
- description of the issue;
- a screenshot or details from Telegram payment history, if available.
The /paysupport command is also used for questions about voluntary donations ("Support the project"): include the date, time, and amount of the payment. A donation involves no feature delivery, and refunds at the user's initiative are not provided for; however, the operator reviews requests concerning erroneous or disputed payments — the procedure is described in Section 7 of the Public Offer.
Telegram's own support does not handle disputes about digital features or donations of this service. Verification and refunds must be arranged by the service operator.
If bot commands are unavailable, send a message directly to @expatmarket_bot or expat.apps@gmail.com and indicate that the issue is related to Telegram Stars.
Expected first response time: within 72 hours.
3. Legal and privacy enquiries
For questions about personal data, complaints, and legally significant requests, use expat.apps@gmail.com.
Requests concerning personal data (access, deletion, withdrawal of consent) are handled within 10 business days — the procedure is described in the Privacy Policy. You can also delete your account directly in the app settings.
4. What to include in your request
To speed up processing, please provide the date of the event, a description of the issue, your Telegram username, listing ID, and where relevant, screenshots or a transaction identifier.
5. What support does not guarantee
Service support handles requests in good faith but does not guarantee a positive outcome for every complaint, refund, or content removal request. Decisions are made based on the circumstances of the request, service rules, and available data.
Effective date: 16 July 2026.
