Personal Data Processing Consent
By pressing the consent button in the app, the user confirms that they are 16 years of age or older, that they have read this document, and gives their consent to the processing of their personal data by Sergei Korolenko, a sole proprietor registered in Georgia (identification code 305650676; correspondence address: Georgia, Tbilisi city, Nutsa Ghoghoberidze street, N9, floor 4, apt. 19, building "A"), in the scope and on the terms set out below. The full procedure for processing personal data, the protection measures applied, retention periods, and user rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Data composition
- Telegram account data transmitted via Telegram Mini Apps;
- listing content: text, photographs, price, category, city;
- data on responses to listings (including the response text, where transmitted through the service), in-app actions, and payments for digital features;
- technical information necessary for the service's operation and security.
2. Purposes of processing
- registration and maintenance of the account;
- provision of access to marketplace features, including listing publication;
- fulfilling paid features and processing refunds;
- moderation of listing content (text and photos) — automated, including transmission of the content to third-party cloud AI services (for example, Google) solely to check for prohibited goods and rule violations, and manual;
- communication with the user, sending service notifications, handling requests and complaints;
- compliance with legal requirements and protection of the operator's rights.
Behavioural analytics of service usage is carried out not on the basis of this consent but on the basis of the operator's legitimate interest — the procedure and the right to object are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Data operations
The operator is entitled to collect, record, organise, store, clarify, retrieve, use, transfer (including to contractor-processors), disseminate — to the extent the user themselves includes in a published listing (listing text, photographs, display name, and Telegram username), by displaying the listing to other users of the service and on the service's publicly accessible web pages, available among others to search engines, — anonymise, block, and delete personal data within the declared purposes of processing. The user determines the scope of the disseminated data themselves by composing the listing; publishing a listing is the user's action aimed at such dissemination.
4. Withdrawal of consent
The user may withdraw their consent at any time: by messaging the @expatmarket_bot bot from their Telegram account, or by writing to expat.apps@gmail.com (with confirmation of account ownership via a message to the bot). Withdrawal of consent does not entail any penalties for the user. However, since data processing is a technical prerequisite for the service's operation, withdrawal may result in the inability to use certain service features or the service as a whole.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the operator's receipt of the withdrawal. Upon receiving a withdrawal, the operator ceases the processing based on consent no later than within 10 business days, except for data whose processing continues on another legal basis (legal compliance, protection against claims), of which the user is informed.
5. Duration of consent
The consent is effective from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn by the user or until the user's account (data) is deleted at their request — whichever occurs first.
Categories of data recipients: hosting, file storage, and delivery (CDN) providers; the cloud AI service provider used for moderation (Google); Telegram infrastructure (in relation to Telegram Stars payments and notification delivery).
6. Cross-border and platform context
The user understands that the service operates within the Telegram ecosystem and may use external infrastructure providers for storage, logging, and request handling. Some data may be processed outside the user's country; the procedure and safeguards for cross-border transfers are described in the "Transfers to third parties and cross-border processing" section of the Privacy Policy.
